Shipping & Returns

Shipping Options (online orders)

Ship to You: Let us ship your order to you with UPS SurePost®.  There is no charge for standard orders totaling $100 or more within the contiguous U.S. (and a flat rate of $7.50 for orders below $100). Standard orders to Alaska or Hawaii have a flat $25 shipping fee and are shipped via standard UPS. Oversized or large orders do not receive free shipping and often will be subject to a $20 shipping fee. We are sorry but we cannot ship internationally.

Ship to Store: You can select Ship to Store as an option and your order will be routed to the location of your choice. There is no charge for this service. Once received, you’ll be contacted by email. If the item(s) can be sourced in the pickup store, notifications might be as quick as 4 hours. When sourced from another Lamey Wellehan location, allow 2 to 5 days for routing and processing.

Processing and Shipping Times

Items are shipped from any of our 6 retail stores. Once an order is received, we locate, re-route and package it in 1 to 4 working days. Multiple item orders may take an additional 2 to 3 days for us to consolidate to our warehouse for a single shipment.

We ship orders with UPS SurePost®, where UPS starts the shipping but the final leg is provided by USPS. Once we give the package to UPS, expect 2 to 6 business days of transit time (depending on where it is going and the time of year) and 2 days or so by USPS and your letter carrier. Deliveries to an APO/FPO may take a bit longer.

Your letter carrier has the option of bringing the package to your local post office for pick up by you. Should that happen, he or she will leave you a delivery attempt notice and instructions on how to pick up your order.

We try to repurpose what we can and your order may be shipped in a previously used shipping box. It may not be pretty, but it is the right thing to do for our environment.

Returns

We know that sometimes shoes just don’t fit. We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. Note that shoes need to be returned in an unworn, re-sellable condition (see our return policies below). 

If purchased from LWShoes.com:

You can return your online order to any Lamey Wellehan location. Refunds require the original credit card used for purchases. Please note that PayPal purchases returned at the store level will take 1 to 3 business days for the refund to be processed.

You also can mail your return to us (note we do not cover shipping charges). Please email customerservice@lwshoes.com with your name and order number. Once received and reviewed, a refund will be issued. If you need a different size, please place a seperate order on our website.

Ship the item(s) to us using the carrier of your choice. Lamey Wellehan is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.  Send your package to:

If purchased from a Lamey Wellehan retail store:

You can return the item to any Lamey Wellehan location (in person or by mail), or contact the store you purchased the item from.  Store contact information and address can be found at the top of the sales receipt or on the Locations section of LWShoes.com. You can also find our full return policy under the Explore tab on LWShoes.com.  Please note that our locations do not store credit card information, so please include your contact information.

For any return, merchandise needs to be returned in its original condition. For card refunds, please note once Lamey Wellehan initiates the credit for your return, your bank determines the date the refund will post to your account. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.

Return Policy

Items need to be returned in the original condition they were received and returns need to be made within 30 days of date of purchase. Shoes that show visible wear or are otherwise not resalable may not be returned. We know that fit and comfort is a very subjective thing. Try your shoes on in your house and wear then gently on a clean surface for a little bit of time to see if you like them.
