Shipping Options (online orders)

For standard orders of merchandise totaling $75 or more, we offer free standard UPS SurePost® shipping for the contiguous U.S. (and a flat rate of $5 for orders below $75). Standard orders to Alaska or Hawaii have a flat $25 shipping fee and are shipped via standard UPS. Oversized or large orders do not receive free shipping and often will be subject to a $20 shipping fee. We offer free delivery to any Lamey Wellehan location.

We offer a 2-Day UPS option on standard orders within the contiguous states at a flat rate of $25 per pair. For this option, please call our desk at 1-800-370-6900 extension 110 during office hours. We are sorry but we cannot ship internationally.

You can select in-store pick-up as an option. Your order will be routed to the location of your choice. Once received, you’ll be contacted by that store by phone or email. Just come in with your order confirmation email to pick-up your order.

Processing and Shipping Times

Items are shipped from any of our 6 retail stores or rarely direct from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Once an order is received, we locate, re-route and package it in 1 to 4 working days. Multiple item orders may take an additional 2 to 3 days for us to consolidate to our warehouse for a single shipment.

We ship orders with UPS SurePost®, where UPS starts the shipping but the final leg is provided by USPS. Once we give the package to UPS, expect 2 to 6 business days of transit time (depending on where it is going and the time of year) and 2 days or so by USPS and your letter carrier. Deliveries to an APO/FPO may take a bit longer.

Your letter carrier has the option of bringing the package to your local post office for pick up by you. Should that happen, he or she will leave you a delivery attempt notice and instructions on how to pick up your order.

Store pick-up orders will arrive in the destination store usually in 2 to 4 business days, depending on our truck schedule. You will be contacted via email once your order has been received.

At Lamey Wellehan we recycle or re-purpose over 90% of what would normally be waste. Most of our orders we ship will be in used shipping boxes, as we will when possible opt to reuse an existing shipping box rather than use a new one. It may not be pretty, but it is the right thing to do for our environment.

Returns

We know that sometimes shoes just don’t fit. We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. Note that shoes need to be returned in an unworn, re-sellable condition (see our return policies). You have a couple of options:

Mail your item to us: Ship your item(s) to us using the carrier of your choice. We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. Lamey Wellehan is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Mail the package to this address:

Email customerservice@lwshoes.com explaining if you request an exchange or a refund. Please include your name and order number and contact information. To assist our warehouse, please include your name and order number inside or on the shipping carton.

Merchandise needs to be returned in its original condition. Contact customerservice@lwshoes.com if you have any questions about your return. For card refunds, please note once Lamey Wellehan initiates the credit for your return, your bank determines the date the refund will post to your account. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.

Return your item to any Lamey Wellehan store: Have your emailed receipt/shipping confirmation available. If you can’t locate that email, you may contact customerservice@lwshoes.com and we can re-send you the information. Bring the item you’re returning and the receipt/shipping confirmation and associates will be happy to help with your return. Refunds require the original credit card used for purchases. Please note that PayPal purchases cannot be refunded at the store level and a LW Gift Card will be issued.

Return Policy

Items need to be returned in the original condition they were received. Shoes that show visible wear or are otherwise not resalable may not be returned. We know that fit and comfort is a very subjective thing. Try your shoes on in your house and wear then gently on a clean surface for a little bit of time to see if you like them.
