Regarding Our Website:

You can search for items by entering in the search box a brand, type of shoe, product name or even the 8 digit SKU number.  We aren't able to have everything our stores carry on our site, especially the many socks and accessories we stock. Call us at 1-800-370-6900 extension 103 during office hours and we can help.

All orders are pulled from our stores and most go out in 24 hours. Multi-item orders will take 2 to 4 days longer for consolidation. Once packed, actual delivery time is dependent upon UPS. 

Orders are fulfilled from any of our 6 stores here in Maine.

Sure can! Just call our office at 1-800-370-6900 extension 103 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.  You also can call any of our stores and ask to do a phone order.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You also can email and ask for your UPS tacking number.

Just contact us in our office.  Note that It might be impossible to edit an order once processed. 

Yes you can. Just bring in your product (normal return policies apply). For card refunds, the original card is needed. PayPal refunds will take an additional day for processing. 

Maine tax will be charged for all products ordered in Maine or shipped to a Maine address. Other state taxes may be collected based on the current tax regulations.  

Yes. We ship by UPS SurePost and the final leg of the delivery is handled by your local USPS letter carrier.

Yes you can.  In the first step of the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter the card number. In the final payment page, click the box saying you are paying with a LW Gift Card. Note: balances can not be checked online and all gift card orders will be reviewed in the office before being released. If there are issues processing the order, you will be contacted via email.  Please click here to learn more.

No, we are sorry but that isn't possible.

Follow the steps on how to pay with a gift card but enter your LW account number where you would enter the gift card number. Our office team will review the order manually and will contact you by email if there are any questions.

We are only able to ship to within the USA.

On our web site, we can only sell items that we stock. In you are looking for a product we don't carry, please visit your local LW store. The can research availability and see if it might be special ordeed for you.

No - your local LW store can certainly get it for you. Our computer system makes it easy for associates to move inventory from store-to-store for our guests.

Store-to-store special orders take only 2 to 5 days, depending on our tuck schedule.  Factory orders take longer, perhaps 2 to 4 weeks.

We have six stores in Maine and their locations and hours can be found in the Locations link at the footer of this page.
