Pure Stride Kids inserts are ideal for arch support, proper alignment, and balance for your little one’s flat feet. They also lend extra support and stability while walking or running and prevent sliding and friction during high-impact activities. They are made with four layers of maximum comfort. It is composed of an odor-control breathable mesh so your kids can wear them longer without any unpleasant smells, a high rebound EVA, a plastic shell, and a blue EVA plug in the metatarsal area for added comfort. Easy to Use: Remove the inserts from your child's shoes. Slide in the Pure Stride Orthotics red side up and allow your child to wear them for a few hours at a time until worn in. Sizing: Size D is for youth sizes 13 to 13½, size E is youth size 1 to 1½, size F is size 2 to 2½, size G is size 3 to 3½, and size H is for youth size 4 to 4½.
