My first pair of challengers I had to order in a wide because I had a broken toe in about eight months. The whole inside had ripped out I have never had a sneaker do that I purchased these in July of this year I only wear them to and from work on days I wear sneakers once I get to work I change into a different pair as I work at the hospital. I also wear them when I go for walks on the weekends. They are also starting to rip out on the inside They just do not hold up
