The Hoka Speedgoat 4 running shoe is the fourth edition that features a new breathable yet rugged mesh upper. The shoe includes 3D printed overlays for increased midfoot support, a gusseted tongue for breathability, lacing eye-rows for a secure fit, and a new lightweight foam midsole for a more responsive ride. It also includes a wider forefoot, Vibram® Megagrip rubber outsole, and 5mm "stepped" lugs for additional support and stability.
