Appearance good, sized correctly, good service from store--shipping, notification, etc. One shoe, however, had a construction flaw where the tongue joins the shoe. Thick, protruding seam that was exaggerated by a folding piece. Created a bump that was quite painful. Needed the shoe on arrival, so I trimmed the area (clearly can't send back now altered). Okay, but not what I would have expected from Merrill. Have bought Merrill shoes for hiking and outdoor wear for years. Disappointing.
