I LOVE Rieker boots, have worn them for years. I have not worn these out in the bad weather so I don't know how good they are for that yet. They fit pretty true to size but if you're going to want to wear thick socks, you'll need to size up. I have fairly large calves and can JUST zip them up, not sure if I'll be able to tuck my pants inside yet. They are great looking boots though! I will keep them as I had them shipped and can wear them with skirts and dresses but if I had tried them on in-store I probably wouldn't have bought them because of the tight calves as I planned on wearing them as my everyday winter boots. Regular calved ladies should be fine.
