I researched these shows for YEARS. And I researched the company for weeks. The Talulah is going out; it won't be made any more. I had to buy them or I wouldn't be able to buy them new. I don't have much money so it was a big purchase for me. I'm a driver; I drive for Uber, and my right heel has been hurting, so much! I've been wearing Crocs sandals for years. I live in Texas and it's hot here. But the Crocs give and there isn't much support, and my heel has taken a beating, moving from the accelerator to the brake and back, all day every day. The Dansko Talulahs arrived EARLY and I pulled over and put one of them on, while I was still in the driver's seat of my car, after I got the package. It was a remarkable fit. I wear a size 8.5 M, ALWAYS, and I got a 39 and it was perfect. I felt the hardness of the arch support, as everyone talked about. I felt the pieces on the side where the elastic was, and decided not to worry about them. And there was really no way, when I got home, to wear them around my tiny apartment, to see if they would work, unless I wore them all day! I wanted to preserve my ability to return them but I finally decided that I would just keep them and wear them. So I wore them all day the next day. I don't do much walking, as I'm driving all day, and I woke up in the middle of the night that night and noticed that my heel was not hurting. What a WIN! And the company was simply first class. When I first ordered the shoes, the email they sent went to my Spam folder and I didn't get it. So I emailed the company and they found my order right away! I checked through my Spam folder and there it was; as official as any email could be! So I rested and knew they would come. I'm glad I purchased them! They're great for my purpose! I don't know if they're the best walking shoes; I wouldn't wear them on a vacation unless I was used to them, and I've never worn clogs before. They're still very new for me. But for driving they were amazing! I'm going to wear them again tomorrow. Thank you Lamey WElleham! Thank you Dansko!
