I bought a pair of these boots about 4 months ago and they were amazing until about a week ago when i was lacing them up and two of the speed hooks came right out of the boot, i loved these boots and they were super comfortable but i was bummed when the speed hooks popped out. I used the warranty and got a brand new pair, and lacing up the brand new pair, again, a speed hook popped out, i will never buy another pair of chips

I tell you what these boots are amazing day in and day out when I need to wear them and they do take some getting used to they are the most amazing boots and they're not lightweight they way a considerable amount just ask my dog who has to fetch them for me in the morning he looks at me and says sure you don't want to wear the LL Bean boots and I say no I need the chippewas and he says okay and he brings them to me and they're heavy and but you know they are insulated their waterproof they are stable they can be a little treacherous on iciest of conditions and you got to know what you're doing but boy do they feel great and you feel confident knowing that you have them on and when you take them off you know it's been a good day. Thanks for selling a great product and thank you to Chippewa for making a great product.
