General information about on-line ordering: Web site data regarding inventory
levels, pricing and promotions is updated often, although
transitional delays are possible. Lamey-Wellehan reserves the
right to update incorrect pricing or to cancel an order.
When you buy anything online,
an "authorization" is created against that your credit card, keeping
funds available until the purchase is made (purchases are
finalized
when released for shipment). If an order is cancelled,
retailers then
reject and void that authorization. Your bank may be slow in
reflecting this change, based on their individual policies and
procedures.
Products are shipped from one of our
retail stores or our warehouse, although in some cases items may be shipped from the
manufacturer. Please allow 2 to 4 days for order
processing, a little longer during holidays and weekends.
In an effort to be environmentally
responsible, we will re-use shipping cases whenever possible.
Please save the shipping box in case
you need to return the item.
