Lamey Wellehan - Free Return Policy
We offer a free return option for all orders
placed online. Note we don't offer this service for sales made
traditionally in our stores.
Upon receipt of your order, please try on your shoes on a clean surface in your home to be absolutely sure you are satisfied with the fit and comfort. Shoes that are soiled or appear worn cannot be returned.
Steps to Make Returns:
1. Email us with the following information: Your Name, Full Address, Phone Number & Original Order Number. If you are exchanging, please tell us what size, style and/or color you prefer. If you are
requesting a refund, please tell us why.
2. Upon
receipt of your email - we will issue and email to you a UPS Return Label.
The email originated from UPS so keep an eye out for it. 3. When you receive the Return Label - print it and
affix it to the re-boxed item.
4. Take to your local UPS location (Staples
or UPS Store) or give to a UPS driver.
5. As soon as we receive the returned merchandise we will either ship out the item you are exchanging it for or credit your payment card.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Lamey Wellehan guarantees all unworn or defective merchandise for 60 days from receipt of shipment. Unworn merchandise or defective merchandise can be returned, for exchange or full credit in the form of the original tender, within 60 days from receipt of shipment (original shipping cost is non-refundable). Worn merchandise that demonstrates a factory defect may be returned up to 60 days from receipt of shipment. Lamey Wellehan reserves the right to determine whether or not an item demonstrates a factory defect. In cases that our crew cannot make such a judgment, the item may be returned to the vendor for a vendor evaluation. We reserve the right to repair, or replace a defective item. Please note that factory defects normally appear within the first month of wear. Worn merchandise that does not demonstrate a factory defect may not be returned. No credit will be given for reasons such as excessive wear or customer inflicted damage.
