SHIPING INFORMATON
We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 (within the contiguous United States)
PROCESSING TIMES AND SHIPPING OPTIONS: First, we must process your order. Processing involves receiving your order, determination of availability,
locating and reserving the itemand packing the product for shipping. Due to the large number of brands we deal with, processing times will vary from item to item. Most orders will
be shipped from one of our retail stores, however we may ship from our warehouse
or from the the vendor. The whole process can range from 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on both the manufacturer and the product type.
When you place your order, you are emailed a confirmation that we received your order. Once your order is
ready for UPS shipping, you'll receive an email with the UPS tracking information (we ship Monday through Friday only).
Shipping is via UPS and a valid street address is required (no PO boxes). For standard shipping, you should receive your order within
2 to 7 business days of the date it is shipped.
The following non-refundable shipping options are available when you check out:

$5 shipping: on orders below $75 (UPS
ground, lower 48)

shipping to lower 48 states*

$20 shipping: standard UPS delivery to
Alaska or Hawaii

overnight UPS shipping to lower 48 states*
Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses (these
shipments are not handled by UPS). Sorry, we do not ship internationally.
* = shipping times do not reflect time required for in-store processing.
